• This is a juried show with the artists reception on Saturday June 7, 2025 from 6 - 8pm
• The show and reception are being held at Park Place, 800 West 4th Street, Williamsport PA 6-8pm Saturday
• Donations are appreciated to support the costs of the show
• Submit one or two pieces in two-dimensional or three-dimensional media
  

Two-dimensional artwork

• size limitation is approximately 24 x 28" per side
• must be ready to hang, properly wired (one-third of the way down the frame with little to no slack) and no metal or plastic sawtooth hangers
• all work must be framed and matted with glass or plexiglass
• no matted-only artwork or photographs
• photographs that are printed on alternate surfaces, such as wrapped canvas, need not be matted or framed, but they must be wired for hanging
• no substitutions after registering online.
  

Lycoming Arts suggests you attach a label to your artwork back with your contact information.

Three-dimensional artwork

• pieces can be pottery, jewelry, fiber art, other 3D media
• 3D artwork will be displayed on open tables, stands, and/or shelves
• if your 3D artwork is not self-supporting, such as fiber art, please provide a means of displaying it

You may submit one or two pieces. 

Cost is $25 for one piece and $35 for two pieces.

Show Reception will be held on Saturday June 7, 2025 from 6 - 8pm at Park Place, 800 West 4th Street, Williamsport PA.

Artwork Dropoff: 9am - Noon Saturday June 7th at Park Place

Artwork Pickup: at close of show Saturday evening or 10am - Noon Monday June 9th at Park Place

Registration Details

• registration is online only 
• once we receive all artwork, our judges will review all the pieces and decide which will be included in the exhibit
• you will receive an email once the judges make their decisions, regardless of being accepted or not
